Skagit 2010 Team FREATIVE seeks artists or artist teams to
create a public landmark mural to welcome home local
residents and inspire tourists return to our picturesque
valley. The ideal artwork will be a mural or photo depicting
the intrinsic values and iconic images, with an
emphasis on the agriculture, nature and natural beauty,
that make Skagit Valley and the interstate portion of I-5
(between Starbird Road and Bow Hill) truly unique.
We are offering money for the top three submissions and a
much larger award for the finalist.
